Do you offer nationwide mail-in work?
Yes. Remove and ship the required module (we can arrange courier). We diagnose and repair on the bench (coding/programming where supported) and return it with WhatsApp updates.
What information should I send?
Vehicle make/model/year, VIN (recommended), clear symptoms, full fault code list if available, and photos of module labels/part numbers. Many "ECU faults" are power, wiring, CAN/DoIP context, or immobiliser mismatch.
Do you do IMMO-off?
Any IMMO-off request requires proof of ownership, ID copy, and a signed IMMO-off agreement. Work is case dependent and subject to verification gates.
What protocols do you work with?
CAN FD, DoIP, K-Line, LIN depending on platform. Where applicable we use J2534 pass-thru. Bench methods (EEPROM/flash access) are used when supported and when OBD access is not possible.
