1. Proof of Ownership
The Client confirms that valid proof of ownership of the above-mentioned vehicle has been provided and verified prior to any work being carried out.
2. Scope of Work
The Client has requested a temporary immobilizer disable (IMMO-OFF) procedure to be performed on the vehicle's ECU.
The following has been completed prior to modification:
  • Full backup of the original immobilizer/ECU data (BIN file)
  • Secure storage of the original data for future restoration
3. Purpose of Modification
The Client acknowledges that:
  • The IMMO-OFF procedure is temporary
  • The intention is to allow vehicle operation until funds are available to:
  • Replace / program keys, and
  • Restore the original immobilizer system using the backed-up data
4. Client Acknowledgement of Risks
The Client fully understands and accepts that:
  • The vehicle will operate without factory immobilizer protection
  • The vehicle is more vulnerable to theft or unauthorized use
  • The modification alters original manufacturer security systems
  • The vehicle may:
  • Fail insurance requirements
  • Not comply with certain regulations
  • Trigger fault codes or unexpected behavior depending on ECU logic
5. Liability Waiver
The Client agrees that:
  • Diag Auto Clinic (DAC) is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to the vehicle
  • Diag Auto Clinic (DAC) is not liable for any legal or insurance consequences
  • Diag Auto Clinic (DAC) is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from IMMO-OFF operation
  • The Client assumes full responsibility for the vehicle in its modified state
  • The Client releases DAC from all claims, present and future, related to this modification
6. Restoration Agreement
The Client acknowledges:
  • The original immobilizer data has been backed up and can be restored
  • Restoration requires a return visit to DAC and proper key programming and synchronization
  • Continued use of IMMO-OFF beyond temporary necessity is at the Client's own risk
7. Declaration
I, the undersigned Client, confirm that:
  • I am the lawful owner or authorized representative of the vehicle
  • I have requested this service voluntarily
  • I understand the technical implications and risks
  • I accept full responsibility for the vehicle in its current modified state
  • I will not hold Diag Auto Clinic (DAC) liable under any circumstances related to this modification
